The ReportExcelerator enhances this functionality by automatically publishing in a non interactive mode a Web page that you've already put on the Web. The data that is posted to the web site is a snapshot of the data at the time of posting. The whole process is simple cost effective and requires no programming or IT resource. Within excel you can add Real time data, Hyperlinks, Charting, Calculations, Formatting and then, prior to publishing  you can view the page by using Web page preview. This truly is a sensible web publication option.

If data is placed on the web, users can access and interact with your data without having Excel or expensive third party addins installed on their computers. All that users need is a Web browser and access to the Internet or intranet. When you combine different types of data on a single Web page, users can view, analyze, and calculate all the data they need in one place.

Email to users

The ReportExcelerator can automatically distribute reports by email periodically to any email user. A copy of the Excel workbook which has been saved as values only (no ODBC, web, text file or Add-in related queries are included, nor are any calculations). In this way users can get there Excel report and the data in one easy to view snapshot package.

After the one time setup the ReportExcelerator will fully automate the emailing of the reports at the predefined frequency. The result is a large savings in the time all employees take to get their information. All reports are delivered when and where they are needed.

The email subject line can be altered for each report giving the user visibility of which reports they are being sent ensuring they focus on the information that is important to them.

Print

The ReportExcelerator can automatically print any number of copies of the Excel report to any of the network printers visible to the machine the ReportExcelerator is installed on. In this way when users turn yup to work, begin there shift or prepare for a meeting they can collect the latest information from their local printer. This improves operation efficiency as all staff have the potential to be better informed and prepared for important decisions.

Save to file

Once the spreadsheet files has been updated the file can also be saved as spreadsheet values (without formulas) to a local or networked drives.
